EMMA KATE’S SENIOR PHOTOS IN AUSTIN I CLASS OF 2025

Emma Kate traveled all the way from Katy, Texas to Austin to have her senior photos taken by me! WOW! SO cool! She found Jaclyn May Photography from an instagram reel and decided I was her girl!

For Emma Kate’s senior photos we spend her one-on-one styling consultation going over all of her outfits and props. She picked props that represented who she is and what she loves to do, which included a guitar, CD’s, including one of Taylor Swift’s most recent ones, because DUH you’re going to include T.Swift in your senior photos, and her violin.

We stated off her session in downtown Georgetown, Texas where the flowers were beautiful (perks of getting you senior photos done in early summer!) We even snagged a few pics of her and her mom and grandmother! Once we got some incredible pictures there showcasing her style, including her Katy High School letterman jacket, which, of course, included a Taylor Swift quote, we headed to lake Georgetown for one of the most epic sunsets I have ever seen, seriously!

Here, we showed off Emma Kate’s beautiful red cap and gown then she serenaded all of Lake Georgetown – seriously! Emma Kate showed off her skills by playing her guitar and violin, which made for some killer senior photos. I loved how we could incorporate things she truly loves into her senior photos without them being stuffy or boring. Plus, if you look closely, you may even find some flowers that were hand crocheted by Emma Kate! What talents doesn’t this senior have?!

It was amazing to be able to spend time and get to know Emma Kate and her mom who were willing to ravel from so far away to have their senior photos done by me (I’m not crying, you’re crying!). Not to mention her grandma aka Mimi was so incredibly sweet!!

Emma Kate wanted her senior photos done in June so she could have them to use all senior year long (smart, right?!) and we got them done early to ensure she had them before heading off to Africa for three weeks – world traveler, check!

Emma Kate, thank you for such an incredible senior session. I am grateful that I got to be apart of your senior year!
